At Sentiero, you choose your journey together: everyone at the table enjoys the same menu, discovering each flavour at the same time and sharing the element of surprise.
Why there is no menu card to choose from
At Sentiero, the seasons lead the way. Instead of an à la carte menu, we offer two journeys that take shape each day around ingredients at their seasonal best.
We choose what the land and sea have to offer, respecting their natural rhythms and allowing them to inspire every dish. Each visit becomes an opportunity to discover and savour the moment. Seasonal produce is at the heart of our cooking.
What you gain when everyone shares the same menu
Ambra and Juan Carlos personally serve and introduce every course. With everyone enjoying the same tasting menu, each dish is presented to the whole table at once: an invitation to discover its story, ingredients and flavours together.
No one is left looking at their neighbour’s plate; everyone experiences the meal in their own way. No one has to wait their turn while the others are already hearing about their dish.
The story of the meal unfolds aloud, in person. And it flows best when everyone follows the same path.
It is best to make your choice before booking. Sentiero nel Verde is our plant-based journey, inspired by wild herbs and what grows freely. Sentiero tra le Nuvole follows no map, guided by the day’s inspiration.
The exception: specific requests
To enjoy the full Sentiero experience, we invite you to follow a harmonious path together. The chosen menu is shared by everyone at the table, with exceptions for specific requirements.
If anyone has an allergy or food intolerance, please let us know when booking, by phone or WhatsApp. This is about making us aware of dietary requirements from the outset, rather than requesting a different dish out of personal preference.
