From the very beginning, Sentiero has pursued the aim of creating a place with its own identity; a space where cuisine becomes an expression of coherence and where every detail contributes to a harmonious experience.

Over time, this work, built with discretion and consistency, has also begun to gain recognition beyond the restaurant itself. Since its first season, Sentiero has received a significant acknowledgement: it has been awarded two forks by the Gambero Rosso guide in its 2026 edition. This is accompanied by a particularly striking mention:
